Baby Dedication“ He was named Jesus ………..on the eighth day, Joseph and Mary took him to Jerusalem to present him to the lord” Luke 2:21-22“I prayer for this child , and the Lord has granted me what I asked of Him. So now I give him to the Lord, for his whole life he shall be given to the Lord” 1Samuel 1:27-28Adults are baptized but babies are dedicated to the Lord. The parents have the responsibility of presenting their babies to the Lord. God gives children to parents to nurture them and teach them the ways of the Lord. Dedicating your babies to God is a way of acknowledging that apart from God’s help and enablement, parents will not be able to guide their children in the path of God’s righteousness.If you wish to dedicate your baby to the Lord Please contact the pastor
Home Blessing
The concept of a house blessing isn't new. Moses talked about writing God's commands on our doorframes and our gates in Deuteronomy 6:9. In fact, many Christian traditions have used the house blessing for centuries. But while these formal house blessings are typically performed by a priest or by a pastor, anyone can invite God to be part of a family dwelling. It can be a quiet occasion, or a new take on a housewarming party. Either way, a house blessing will help your family feel settled in your new abode.That sense of home is especially important for children. According to Carol Burge, a marriage and family counselor in suburban Chicago, children look at their home differently when it is set apart by prayer. She says, "Children need their home to be a place of refuge from the world. A house blessing reminds them that the Holy Spirit is present in every room of their house."

The wedding ceremony is one of the sacred ceremonies of the world. Let us remember that it s God who has originated and made holy the state of marriage, for the benefit and happiness of the human race. It is our joy and pleasure to serve you in this area. We shall guide and help you to prepare for this new and wonderful chapter of your life.
Due to the need to properly get to know you more, we would need to personally meet with you and your soon-to-be spouse at least 3 months before your intended date to have some pre-marital counseling, which might include discussing your wedding plans or just answer any questions you might have

Water Baptism
Baptism comes from the Greek word “Bapto“Don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? We were therefore buried with Him through Baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the father, we too may live a new life. If we have been united with him in his death, we will certainly be united with Him in His resurrection”. Romans 6:3-5
Submitting yourself to water baptism is your first public act of obedience and allegiance to the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. He himself submitted to water baptism before he started his public ministry on the earth.
” which means to dip or submerge in water. As the minister submerges you in water it has prophetic significance of “dying to our old, sinful life” and coming out of the water signifies being resurrected in Christ.

Pastoral Counseling
Are there areas in your life where you feel like it is a continual struggle and you can’t find victory? This is where biblical counseling comes in.
Our counseling consists of lovingly confronting people from the Scriptures out of a deep concern for the person in order to help them make changes that God desires for them to live the abundant life that He desires.
Biblical counseling at Maranatha Gospel Fellowship is done by our pastoral staff and lay leaders who are convinced that God is able to make the changes that are necessary in a person’s life as His Word is ministered in the power of the Spirit and applied by the person who has come to the church for counseling.
The Apostle Paul writes in Colossians 2:6-7, “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” These words penned by Paul, echo the vision and desire of the Discipleship Ministries at maranatha Gospel Fellowship. We desire to see all believers grow to maturity and, in turn, to minister to others.
The varying aspects of our ministry are designed to meet you wherever you are at in your relationship with Christ.
